As a pre-licensed therapist in Vermont, Chloe brings a unique blend of therapeutic expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to her work. With a background in Drama Therapy and Theater Arts, she is deeply passionate about the transformative power of personal narratives.

Chloe believes that each person has the capacity to rewrite their story and create the life they desire. She is committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and dreams.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Chloe is a proud mother of three beautiful children. Her role as a mother has further fueled her dedication to helping others navigate life's challenges and discover their own creative spark.

Charlotte Safran, The Partnership Collective
Charlotte Safran lives in Burlington, Vermont with her three wonderful children. Her journey of parenting a medically complex child has had a profound impact on the trajectory of her career, and as such she has a deeply personal commitment to spreading the power of narrative as social and healing justice. Having worked with patients and community organizations for over a decade, Charlotte supports small practices, local hospitals, and regional healthcare systems to build equitable and thriving patient and family-centered care programs. The training Charlotte received from Human Impact Partners and the Institute for Patient and Family-Centered Care informs and guides her work, as does the lived experience of partners and community power building organizations. "I can do things you cannot, you can do things I cannot. Together, we can do so much."
