2024 Winthrop ‘49er Days Parade – HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I/we assume all liability and risk of bodily injury  and/or property damage that I/we may incur or cause to others by participating in the 49’er Day Celebration and  Parade, and I/we hereby, for myself, my spouse, my child or children, my heirs, executors and administrators, do  hereby forever waive and release, discharge and hold harmless any and all claims or demands against Winthrop  ‘49er Days Committee and its individual members, the Winthrop Chamber of Commerce including its Board of  Directors and employees, the events sponsors, the Town of Winthrop, Washington Outfitters and Guides  Association, the Dept of Transportation, and all of these entities’ respective officers, employees, agents,  representatives, successors or assignees from any and all claims for damages, loss or injuries of any kind, as a  result of or in connection with the participation of myself or the organization I/we represent or belong to, in the  ‘49er Days Celebration and Parade.
