Come join your fellow AFC members and instructor Faithe Ruiz to stretch, strengthen and move with a focus on breathing.
This class is great for beginners and anyone wanting to quiet down or looking for a gentle and fun challenge.
The session will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 7th from 12:30-1:00 p.m. in the Stearns Learning Resources Center Mindfulness Room.
