A. Which Toe is the Longest?  *
B. Length Measurment
Back of Heel to Longest Toe
Centimeters are ideal, but inches work as well :)

Step 1 – Place a piece of 11 inch paper next to a wall or flat surface at the bottom of a door frame (angled only when foot is longer than paper).

Step 2 – Slide your heel down the wall or door frame until it lands on the sheet of paper, while still contacting the wall or door frame.

Step 3 – Mark at the longest point of your toes (mostly perpendicular, adjust for pen thickness so the mark is not too far in front of the toes).

Step 4 – Measure from the bottom of the page to the mark of your toes.

Step 5 - Take a photo of your foot on the paper next to ruler or tape measure (in case we need to see).

     - Average - Medium Volume, most shoes fit well.
     - High - Large volume, high instep, shoes can sometimes feel tight on top of your toes, or instep.
