Return and Exchange Policy
1. Payments are non-refundable and will be credited as store credit.
2. Returns are available for the first 2 days after you receive your purchase.
3. The item(s) must be in good condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.
3. We will notify you once we receive and confirm that your item is eligible for return. Not eligible items will be send back to you, shipping will be handled by the customer.
4. We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised.
5. Shipping fees will be handled by the customer.
6. If you would like to exchange item(s) for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order with the same or higher price.
7. When receiving an incorrect or damaged item(s), please contact us immediately. Ship the item(s) back to us within 2 days (Shipping handled by the customers) and we will send back the right item(s ) with free shipping.
8. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and refused at our discretion.
