We are hosting a Smoke-Off Contest. There will be three categories** this year: Appetizers, Entree & Dessert

**depending on sign ups

You are invited to participate by preparing your favorite smoked recipe. Please register no later than Wednesday, June 15th, so your site & recipe can be added to the map and voting sheet!

We are asking for Campers who want to participate by voting + tasting to contribute a $5 donation towards our M.S. Fundraiser. Come to the office Saturday to get a map, link to vote and make your donation. Voters will walk to the participating sites and try a small sample of the smoked food between 4:30 - 5:30pm. They will be allowed to vote for their favorite recipe in each category: appetizer, entree and dessert.
