Participants should be at least 50 years of age.

Our facilitator will be Dr. Maria Teresa Gustilo-Villasor, a Clinical Psychologist.

An online weekend seminar for those who are in their post-midlife or older years. It offers a space to come home to oneself, to look at the significance of this time in one's life, in order to see how the years are not a burden but are truly a gift and blessing. Based on Joan Chittister's book, "The Gift of Years: Growing Old Gracefully". Open only to those in their fifties and above.

Contribution Fee: Php 2,500 per person

We will be connecting via Zoom. Please ensure that you have the necessary equipment, internet connection and tested and ready for the webinar.
