This form is used for units who have special needs for the summer, including early or late arrivals (Sunday being the standard arrival day), participants who have special dietary needs, medical conditions, or special accommodations (CPAP, wheel chairs, Venture crews, split male/female leadership). Even if it's not a request, just something you'd like us to be aware of, put it in! If you would like confirmation on a topic or have specific questions or complicated situations, please contact the Camp Director, Ariel Annis, at ariel.annis@scouting.org. We're happy to accommodate your unique circumstances!
