  • Attend 6 races per year - run, walk, or volunteer

  • Avoid patronizing or promoting our direct competitors 

  • Show support for Three Rivers Running Company by posting photos wearing your 3RRC gear

  • Represent yourself and 3RRC in positive and friendly manner
