We will be situated in the heart of Walthamstow village, at The Hub. This is our permanent venue for makers markets for the last few years. We also started running crative makers markets at St Mary's Church, Walthamstow Village last year. 
They have a step free access, perfect for everyone to come in and shop. If you are a local creative, selling either your handiwork or ethically curated items, we would love to hear from you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

As a small business ourselves, we spend a significant amount of time negotiating with a venue, securing trading dates, managing the applications for a market and publicising the evnt and we can find ourselves in a tricky situation in the event of a cancellation.
If your application is successful but subsequently you are unable to attend, we will referfence our terms of trading in your refund. If it more than 30 days before the event, we will refund stall fees minus a £20 administration fee. If its between 14-30 days before the event, we will refund 50% of stall fees. No refunds will be provided if less than 14 days notice is provided regardless of the circumstances.
In the event of a market date being cancelled by us due to forces beyond our ontrol, we will offer a refund on your trading fees minus £25per trader. We hope upu understand our reasons for doing this and thank you.

Please read our terms & conditions:
1. All traders must have valid Public or product liability insurance.

2. We have indoors stalls only for winter events. A 6ft table and a chair will be provided, stalls are £70 each day.

3. All traders must make payment in advance via bank transfer.

4. We have a cancellation policy, please refer to that.

5. We cannot provide electricity to outdoor traders. We have few sockets indoors but cannot guarantee everyone access.

6. All traders must make sure they are punctual on arriving and leaving. It is not liked/advised to leave before finishing
   time.

7. All traders must act professionally, any misconduct and abuse will not be tolerated, you will be banned from any
   future events. Please be kind and polite to organizers, venue and fellow traders.

8. All traders must let us know prior if they dont want to be photographed.

9. All traders should make sure to be able to take card payments.

10. All traders should try not to extend beyond their pitch.

11. All traders ahould adhere to the venue and market policies.

12. There is a drop off point and parking available on neighbouring roads. The Venue and organizers are not responsible for
parking facilities. For St Mary's Church we usually get car park for traders at a school closeby. Spots are limited.

13. All traders should only correspond via the email/phone provided on the day as social media is not always monitored.

14. All successful traders will be notified via an email, we cannot possibliy contact everyone who hasnt been successful.

15. Trading at one of our events doesnt guarantee for you to be automatically selected for other events.

16. All stalls are confirmed only once the payments have been recieved. We cannot hold a space for you.

17. All traders should advertise the event on social media.

18. All traders should make sure their stall is always nice and presentable

19. All traders should leave the venue nice and tidy as they found it.

20. All food stalls should have their prices and menu clearly displayed, their food must be covered at all times.

21. All traders should make sure they are not sub letting the stall, if you want to share it with your friend, you must
let us know in advance when applying.

22. All traders should adhere to only the items they applied the stall for, as we take a lot of time placing businesses
around. We want to make sure everyone has a fair chance at an event.

23. Any product that wasnt mentioned at the form will be asked to be removed from the stall.

24. If you are bringing a rail, please make sure its not a mahoosive one, we advise you to bring a medium to small rail.
    If you have a big rail then we cannot supply you with a table due to lack of space. Please let us know in advance.

25. All traders should accept where they are placed, there is no good or bad spot at the market.

26. Although it is an indoor event but the doors are constantly open for customers to come in. We cant close the doors,
it can get really cold in winter, so please make sure you have warm clothes, gloves, hats etc.

27. Please make sure only 2 people per table are allowed. If you bringing your little one, please make sure, the baby is safe
and behind the stall. Please be aware to any  damage to the neighboruing stalls.

28. We work our absolutely best to bring our vendors and customers an excellent shopping experience. We advertise our events
online and drop flyers in libraries, cafes and shops. If you know a place where our flyers can be placed, help us.
