1. Please be aware that we will expect you to attend both sessions (before and after lunch) if your application is successful and you accept the offer to participate.
2. We will require email confirmation from you prior to the workshop confirming that you will attend. If you do not respond we will offer your place to the first name on the wait list.

Title of training: Public Engagement Project management SOS: How to get the most out of your public engagement project
Times and Dates: 10:30 to 13:00 BST and 14:00 to 16:30 BST, on 16th September 2020
Location: Remote (using digital communications software)
Structure of the training:
Training will be over two sessions, both taking place the same day, including breaks with some reflective based learning in between.

Managing public engagement projects
• Project management tools and techniques
• Evaluating public engagement projects
• Case study group work
• Personal project plan introduction
Personal project plan sharing and reflections
• Finish personal project plan
• Opportunity to share and reflect on personal project plans with other colleagues
• Training wrap-up
