When did you join our Sensitive Empowerment Community? Please note that only members of the community can present an event.  So if you aren't yet a member, please join here and then come back to fill this out. If you plan to share your website or opt-in we ask that you've been a member of the business group for at least 3 consecutive months (unless otherwise pre-approved by Julie). If it’s a fun or social event not linking to your website you don’t need to be a member of the business group, but you still need to be a member of the community. *

Share a description of your event. Be sure you add information about whether participants will need to bring anything like materials, etc (we will copy and paste it as is, so please be sure it is edited). Please include your bio and website/contact information if applicable. If you would like us to use a particular image/s please send either direct message to Andrea Weber within the community or send to andrea@expansivehappiness.com *
[If we have not worked together before we will need to be sure audio quality is good. That means using a separate microphone like a lavalier microphone ($12 on Amazon) or a professional microphone. That way, you are not using the microphone on the computer as it may create sound issues. Secondly, we will need confirmation that your internet connection is of high quality.

a quick 1-2 minute video talking about the subject you are presenting and why you think HSPs would benefit.  Then we can confirm everything and hold a time slot for you.

How long would you like your session to last? We recommend 30-40 minutes, with 40 minutes being the maximum recording time, including any questions you include.  *

Important Note about Recording

Your recording may have the potential to be chosen for The HSP Podcast, so that's a good thing to keep in mind. Please note there are no guarantees your recording will be chosen. Factors we look at are the topic, the sound quality of the recording, and if you have used the intro and ending that we ask for (see below). Even if you plan to end the recording and talk with the live audience afterwards, we ask that you close the recording clearly rather than having it cut off. This gives a connected completion for people listening to the replay and/or Podcast.


Here's the intro and ending template we recommend...
