Convention Volunteer Application
Each year the MÂCHÉ Convention needs tons of great volunteers to pull off this 2 day event. We could not do it without the help of so many wonderful helping hands. If you would like to take part in volunteering for the 2024 MÂCHÉ Homeschool Convention, please help us get you connected by filling out this brief application. Whether you have volunteered before, or this is your first time applying we want to hear from you. 

Convention registration opens February 1st. If you are selected to volunteer you will be notified by our Volunteer Coordinator, Cindy Kravik. She will provide you with further instructions and get you connected to the area you will be serving. For your service you will be compensated with a complimentary registration for the 2024 MÂCHÉ Convention. We ask that you serve a minimum of 4 hours to receive this compensation per registration. Some areas of service request more hours of volunteer service, but you will be notified by the coordinator as to the needs and time served.

Security - help provide support, guidance, and security of a given area in the venue. We require all attendees to wear name badges. Security ensures that everyone in our area of the convention center is meant to be there.
Host/hostess - introduce the speakers, read pre-printed announcements, open in prayer, assist the speaker as needed and oversee the workshop.
Mentor - be available to listen to, pray with, and help answer homeschool related questions. It is preferred that you have been homeschooling for awhile. You may be asked for 1 or 2 character references.
