Dear Friend,

We are writing to you today to ask for your help.  We are not asking for any money but something much more valuable. Your time. Will you please consider becoming an official friend of the Commercial Club Park by volunteering with us to maintain and keep the park looking as beautiful as it does today?

We are a nonprofit organization, so any money we take in is put back into the many events we provide to the public and the maintenance of the park itself. The Park is very large and we are finding that it requires more than a volunteer staff of 10 people to keep it running smoothly and looking its best.

Maybe you are quite handy at fixing things or perhaps just like to socialize with people.  Perhaps you have a talent for gardening or you’re quite knowledgeable about trees. Are you retired and just looking for something to do here & there when you please? Maybe you love baseball and would like to be involved with the Whitehawks ball team. Or prehaps you like to get out and socialize at some of our fun special events? Whatever your interests we can use a person like you!!
