Horse Pen Rental Agreement, Waiver & Payment Procedures

Horse pens, $20 per night, 56 in total, 10X10 feet, one horse per pen, uncovered, no bedding provided, self clean-up required using manure dumping area, $50 fine for failure to do so.

Available only during events at the Dale Pahlke Arena at the Dakota Community Bank and Trust Rodeo Grounds on Dacotah Centennial Park.

No penning of horses in camping areas with utility hook-ups.

Rental horse pens at Dacotah Centennial Park, accessible from 24th Avenue SE.

To allow the above listed horse owner to use the horse pen(s) subject to receipt of a signed rental agreement and payment of all fees.

By completing the MHSC horse pen rental agreement, you are certifying that you have read, understand and will adhere to all rules and policies herein and to hold harmless the Mandan Horse and Saddle Club, Mandan Rodeo Days Organization and Mandan Park District from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits for damages to a person, horse or other property, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the rental of horse pens. No refunds. Once rental agreement and payment are received you will receive pen number(s) and combination to lock(s). PRINT YOUR FULL NAME TO SIGNIFY AGREEMENT *
