DESIGN & LETTER PLACEMENT:
Our staff will choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by YOU! We do our best to choose items reflecting the interests/hobbies/colors listed on the order form. Specific accents and placement of individual letters are at the discretion of Geaux Greetings staff members. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
Geaux Greetings reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

DAMAGE/THEFT
A fee of $25/piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letters or accent pieces.
