We are fundraising $1200 to buy 1200 pairs socks for donation to East Bay homeless services ahead of winter months.  Details at www.goaudacity.com/projects

This form is for donors of donated items to fill out.  Donors agree that all items listed here are to be donated towards the Socks 4 Charity project, if items are sold.
 
Unless specified otherwise, donors understand they need to bring the donated items to our Socks 4 Charity Music Festival venue and hand it over to Socks 4 Charity representatives once we confirm payment is received from buyer.  Please bookmark this page and make sure "payment confirmed" is marked before delivering the item to our venue.

Buyers understands that all items listed are donated and agree to donate any payments towards the Socks 4 Charity project.  Buyers understand they need to come to our our Socks 4 Charity Music Festival venue and receive the donated item from Socks 4 Charity representatives

All payments are to be sent by paypal or zelle to admin@goaudacity.com before Nov. 27, with instructions on item numbers of the purchase items and buyer's contact information, verifiable during pick up

All donation sales proceeds go to LTN, with 60% of the donation towards Socks 4 Charity project

Upon completion, this form will send you an email.  Please bring that email to the Socks 4 Charity Music Festival and we will verify receipt of your donations.  

*  Whoever donates over $20 will have free access to all our volunteer classes on Dec. 4/5 as well.  Class information will be sent to your email address.
