Springtown ISD looks forward to our annual “round up” of children who are excited about beginning Kindergarten or "pre-Kindergarten" next year and who meet certain qualifying conditions.  Completing this survey will help the District know there is a need to contact parents and provide additional information regarding the registration process.  *Campus representatives will help determine attendance zones and residency based on physical addresses.
