Workshop Two: 6 – 8 February, 2023 (Can join as a stand-alone)

Exploring Family Issues: Processing Strong Emotions

Workshop Three: 24 – 26 April, 2023 (Must have completed Workshop One or Two to join)
Symbol Work, Group Work & Transforming Trauma

Workshop Four: 12 – 14 June, 2023 (Must have completed Workshop One or Two to join)
Balancing Emotional, Cognitive and Somatic Processes

Workshop Five: 10 – 12 July, 2023 (Must have completed Workshop One or Two to join)
Inner-Life Skills for Self-Awareness and Self-Esteem

Fall-back dates: 20-22 November 2023
These dates will be used ONLY in case of an unforeseen event that requires us to postpone any of the earlier scheduled workshop dates. Whilst we hope these will not be needed, experience has taught us that it is better to be prepared.
