Constitution Life Member Memento Vote

In January of 2021, the MIAAA Board of Directors approved the language to award a MIAAA approved Life Member to receive a "Memento" as opposed to a plaque. This is a change in language to the MIAAA Constitution and as such needs to approval of the MIAAA membership to be approved.
