2) After completing this form, a NOTSL scholarship committee member will contact you to collect the following documents:
a) A document describing in detail how you propose to use the 2020 NOTSL Scholarship. Describe the program of study, conference, seminar, workshop, etc., institution or location, instructor or leader's name, costs, and how this activity would benefit you.
b) A letter of recommendation from your supervisor or academic advisor.
