The NEL Music Centre  Consent Form. This will give you  membership to all of our exciting music groups and ensembles! A membership form is required to be completed each academic year in order to maintain your membership. PLEASE COMPLETE A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH CHILD.

For steel pans at Grimsby  Town Hall Sq, Grimsby
 DN31 1HU . Parking is availble at the back of the town hall in the car park towards the side of the building from 5pm . There are lots of other car park areas in the vacinity . Please go to the main town hall reception and a member of the admin team will be there to register you in .
