Parts & Crafts Scholarship Application Form
The following application is for full and partial scholarships for all Parts & Crafts programs. For 2023-24, our scholarships are funded by a grant which requires us to collect slightly different information than in the past. Your responses here will help us not only to provide financial awards this year, but hopefully also will help us continue to get funds for future scholarships. After you complete this, it would be helpful if you also send an email to contact@partsandcrafts.org to notify us that you've completed a scholarship application so we can look it over as soon as possible. We may reach out to you for clarifications and any information provided to us is strictly confidential- no identifying information will be shared with anyone aside from Parts & Crafts staff.
