This course is an invitation to a four-week journey on which you will discover tools to deal with the emotional rollercoaster and transform your fear in order to lead with confidence and joy based on who you are.
You will learn to name and give voice to your needs without guilt.

At the end of four weeks, you will have the practical tools and habits to use every day to navigate your negative self-talk and find fulfillment in setting goals that matter to you.

My name is Renata. My story is one of coming face-to-face with the emotional abuse I received as a child and making the journey from fear and negative self-talk to the freedom of self-acceptance through power of empathy. Today, I am on a mission to help ambitious women break free from self-doubt and fear, and lead with authenticity, confidence, and joy. For the past five years I have been mentoring and coaching international women, ranging from recent graduates just starting their careers to those transitioning to a new role as CEO of their own business.
I am a certified Empathy based Life and Business Coach, Gallup Strengths®Communicator, Dare to Lead® trained and Team Facilitator.
I am a wife of one for the last 19 years, a mom of three teenagers and a follower of Jesus. I believe every single one of us is created as a unique individual with a unique purpose for our lives.
