STEP 1 -  Complete the Non-credit Admissions Application, IF you have NEVER taken a NON-CREDIT course at Mesa Community College.

STEP 2 - Complete this Fitness Center Membership Request form and the fitness center staff will begin the process to enroll you in the membership category that you select.

We will notify you via email once we have enrolled you and your next steps for payment.
