Young Leaders - Change Maker Application
The Young Leaders programme now in its second year is back open to a new cohort of Candidates.

The programme is a unique opportunity aimed at our most engaged Candidates who want to help change the corporate world of work, making it more equitable and inclusive for other young people from underrepresented backgrounds. In addition to demonstrating “change-maker” potential, Young Leaders are Candidates who show potential and commitment to developing their leadership capabilities; public speaking skills; confidence networking with senior professionals and understanding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the context of the workplace.
