PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT AND WAIVER CAREFULLY. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTERING FOR THIS RETREAT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ THE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.

1. Booking
(a) Your booking is not considered definite and no contract will exist until we receive the full payment from you.
(b) We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties.

2. Payment
(a) The price is the exact amount to be received by us in the currency set by Lead Live Light Ltd.
(b) The full payment amount is due at the time of purchase.

3. Your internet connectivity
It is your responsibility to have a good quality internet connection throughout the retreat, such that you can hear the session leads and see the visible presentations and/or practitioners.

4. Your Health
(a) It is your responsibility to let the retreat organiser know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during the retreat. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the retreat, then you must desist immediately.
(b) It is also your responsibility to consult a doctor with an understanding of (any of the physical activities listed) to check that you are sufficiently fit and healthy to undertake the classes and other physical activities that you may choose to do whilst on the retreat.
(c) Please advise us of any mental or physical health conditions and dietary requirements before you book. If you have health conditions and dietary requirements that may be affected by the activities offered on our retreats we reserve the right to advise you to desist and in the interests of your wellbeing, or others, we may decline your stay at our retreats.
(d) It will be your responsibility to ensure a high standard of health and safety in the environment in which you will be attending the retreat and undertaking the session activities.  We shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.
(e) It is your responsibility to check with your doctor or care provider to determine whether you need/want any vaccines or medication to attend our retreat. We are not liable for any illness.
(f) It is also your responsibility to consult a health professional about any health information that you will want to undertake.

5. Cancellation by you
(a) You (or any member of your party) may cancel your booking at any time, however, no refunds are provided except for one exception (see 5(b)). However, if you find another person to take your place (under your own advertising on your own platforms), then you may offer your place to her, this is at our own discretion and you must consult with us first.
(b) If you test positive for COVID-19 and can no longer attend the retreat, you will be provided a refund for the day/s that you could no longer attend.
(c) Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat. If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.

6. Amendments by us
Occasionally, changes may have to be made (e.g. exercise teacher, workshop agenda, any other teachers, class times or any other arrangements), which we reserve the right to do at any time, however, we will aim to amend it to something of a similar or better rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before you join the retreat online.

7. Cancellation by us
(a) We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a retreat. In particular, our retreats require a minimum number of at least 50% of the participants to have booked 7 days before the start date. If this minimum number is not reached by that date we may cancel and refund the money to you.
(b) If the retreat cannot go ahead due to the host and/or practitioners testing positive for COVID-19, the retreat will be postponed to a later date. Refunds will not be provided.

8. Our liability to you
(a) We do not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond our control.
(b) We are not liable for any injuries you may incur. All the exercise classes and all activities, workshops, and anything else is undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical or psychiatric conditions, which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat. We are not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property.

9. Retreat wellness treat box and materials
Due to the current pandemic, there can be a delay in the retreat treat wellness boxes reaching you and, thus, you accept that your treat box may not arrive in time for the start of the retreat.

10. Privacy Policy
We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested.

11. Photography & Videography
I, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorise Lead Live Light Ltd (the company) to use photographs and videos of me and or my property and authorise her and her assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits or images in any and all forms and media, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by Lead Live Light Ltd. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
If it is agreed on the event/retreat page, you may receive free images and videos from Lead Live Light Ltd for your personal use and as memories of the event/retreat.
If you do not want to be in any of the photos or videos, that is fine, but you must inform us in advance.

12. Extra Information
(a) I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Lead Live Light Ltd (the company and all members of staff) from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with Lead Live Light Ltd (the company and all members of staff).
(b) I agree that I shall not in any way conduct myself inappropriately.
(c) I understand that the materials and workshops must not be filmed and permission must be received from the retreat organiser for photography. We hold the right to refuse photography/videography of any of the workshops.
(d) I understand that the materials, workshops, sessions I attend and knowledge I gain cannot be appropriated. I am not allowed to copy, share, and/or distribute any of the materials or knowledge learned. I am not allowed to teach the materials to other professionals for free and/or for money. If you are attending a certification program, or you have written permission, then you may offer the services to your clients under the agreed brand name and terms and conditions will be separately provided to you.
(e) I understand that I am free to withdraw from or reduce my participation in the activities, programs, and sessions at any time.
(f) I acknowledge and understand that I am using the facilities at the Retreats at my own risk. In consideration for being permitted to participate in services, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the services offered and/or my presence at the premises at which Lead Live Light Ltd operate.
(g) This agreement is intended to constitute a complete release of any responsibility by releasees for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by me or anyone accompanying me, while attending the retreat, whether engaged in the offered services or not.
(h) I agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all liability and damages incurred arising out of my conduct or activity (or the conduct or activities of those for whom I am responsible) while attending the retreat or participating in offered services.
(i) I understand that if I act in an inappropriate manner to anyone during the retreat, if I cause any inconveniences then I may be asked to leave the retreat and no compensation or refunds will be provided.
(j) I understand that I should not approach the staff or anyone who is not a participant on the retreat and ask/take their contact details.
(k) I agree to not record any of the sessions using any form or recording materials outside of taking notes for personal use.
