If your child has a study hall in the AM - Late Arrival

This form is also to grant your student permission to arrive late if your student has a study hall that occurs during the first period of the day. On these days, they may sign in at 8:30AM, and second period begins at 8:37AM.

If your child has a study hall in the PM Wheel - Leave Early

This form is to grant your student permission to leave school early if she or he has a study hall that occurs during the last period of the day. Dismissal will be at 1:30 pm. Students will check out of school at the South Gym Foyer and then exit the building. Any student who signs out early will not be permitted to reenter the building until after the school day ends.
