Thank you for applying for the C2 Your Health Women's Initiative (C2YHWI) Women's Entrepreneur Summit Scholarship program. We are excited 1st Source Bank, C2 Your Health and community women entrepreneurs, have made donations to the Women's Entrepreneur Scholarship Fund so a limited number of high school girls, women in college and women from low income neighborhoods may attend the Summit at no charge who would not otherwise be able to attend.

Once the community advisory board receives your application, it will be reviewed then you will be notified if you have been selected and your the registration link.

The Summit is being held on National Women's Entrepreneurship Day
Thursday, November 17th, 2022  from 10 am - 4 pm EST
This is an in person event. The scholarship pays for the full day of activities, and programing including the before and after hours networking events.

Registration is $55 without the scholarship. The scholarship pays the $55 registration fee, By requesting this scholarship you are agreeing to submit a video testimonial on your summit experience..

To qualify we would like you to stay the whole day, volunteer to help out, answer a few questions about you, where you are in your entrepreneur journey and explain why you would like to attend the Summit.  

If you are awarded an attendance scholarship you will agree to come at 8 am and stay through the entire conference and after hours event. Provide a video / written testimonial about your summit experience.
