The Guild of Interim Religious Educators is proud to offer its acclaimed transitional ministry education program for religious professionals. This program is designed to equip religious professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to serve congregations during times of transition and to provide participants with the education needed for navigating ministry in a changing landscape.

Part 2: The Adaptive Leadership Practicum will be offered in September-October, 2023. Completion of Part 1 is required for participation in Part 2.

PART 1: TRANSITIONAL RELIGIOUS LEADERSHIP

This series is a foundational four-session class which provides learning about transitions in systems and congregations, the work of the leader and the congregation during times of change, and an introduction to adaptive leaership skills and applications.

DATES: Tuesdays, March 14, 21, 28, and April 4, 2023.

Each class begins at 1 PM Eastern and runs two hours.

Facilitators are Lily Rappaport and Deborah Weiner, both experienced transitional religious leaders, along with guest presenters.
