FREE Community Yoga Class Participant Waiver
Saturday Oct. 8, 10-11am

Get a sampling for yoga with this beginner-friendly class focused on connection.

We will bring awareness to the breath, adding gentle flowing movements, and practice a guided mindfulness meditation.

This class will be co-taught by experienced teachers in the community with a passion for accessibility, social justice, and collective action. You will leave feeling refreshed and more connected to yourself and others.

No yoga experience needed. All are welcome. BYO-mat if you have it, some available to borrow.

This class is in conjunction with the Skill in Action Workshop offered Oct. 8, 1-4pm.


 Ample Parking available, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up.
