Schedule:
- Part Time, FIXED schedules Monday through Friday. Morning or after school shifts available.
- Friday and Saturday event and birthday party hours available.
Job Description:
All new teachers begin with with onboarding and training.
- Onboarding process includes training in Child Development and Gymnastics fundamentals.
- New teachers will be trained a minimum of 20 hours in class with experienced teachers.
- New staff participate in a hands-on, one to one spotting and safety training with management.
Once teachers pass training, they are responsible for:
- Arriving on time, prepared to review lesson plans (provided weekly) and set up equipment for class.
- Teach classes (45 to 60 minutes) with a 1:6 teacher to student ratio (children 5 and under) and 1:8 teacher to student ratio (children 6 and up) that are safe, fun and engaging.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers after class.
- Track student progress using provided skill cards and curriculum.
- Complete weekly training modules.
- Light cleaning at the end of each shift.
