David T. Howard Middle School PTO Teacher Grant Application

Deadline:  Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the school year.

Grant Limit: $750 per application/project.  

Award Notification:  Grant award recipients will be notified by email.

By submitting a proposal, you are agreeing to the following terms:
1. All equipment/materials purchased with PTO grant money belong to DT Howard Middle School PTO for use only at DT Howard Middle School.  Should the DT Howard Middle School staff/teacher leave DT Howard Middle School, equipment/materials purchased with PTO Grant funds will remain on the property of the school and must be returned to the PTO.

2. All expenditures of grant funds shall be in accordance with the project budget as set forth in this application and approved by the Grants Committee.  Any deviation from the approved budget requires advance written approval.
