*Summer reading redemption ends 8/25. Please come in before that time to redeem tags.*

Use this form to report your child's reading progress each week. For younger children, record the time spent listening to reading or watching an online storytime from Page Turner Adventures at the links provided on our website.

Once your child has read 60 minutes, he or she can visit the library to pick up a bracelet and brag tag. Children will receive extra brag tags for each additional 60 minutes of reading.

If you would prefer to log your child's reading time with a paper form, please visit us at the library. Thank you!

After your child's first 60 minutes (or 4 blocks) of reading, come into the library for a bracelet and brag tag. He/she will earn an additional tag after each additional hour of reading - up to 10 tags!
