On behalf of the Dauphin Athletic Association Softball Committee (DAASC) I would like to extend an invitation to your company to become a sponsor for our 2024 season. Without financial assistance from organizations like yours we could not offer this quality athletic program to the children in our community.
The DAASC is a non-profit organization affiliated with the Dauphin Athletic Association, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. The exclusive purpose of the DAASC is to provide a recreational girls’ softball program for the youth of Dauphin Borough and Middle Paxton Township. We typically register 80-100 girls between the ages of 4-18 to play competitive softball in the East Shore and Perry County Fast Pitch Leagues. 100% of the money raised is used to fund the softball program. We rely on the support of businesses to defray the cost of uniforms, equipment, insurance, park rental/maintenance and other miscellaneous costs.
Sponsorship Levels:
Silver Sponsorship ($250) level will receive the following:
o Full-page ad in our program distributed to all participants
o Your organization’s name on the back of t-shirts provided to registered players.
o Your logo displayed on our website (www.dauphinsoftball.com) and on a 5”x11”section on our sponsor banner which be located on the back of our dugout/backstop fences for every team’s home games (approx. 50 games) and at our concession stand for Dauphin-hosted tournament weekends (2 weekends).
Gold Sponsorship ($400) will receive the following:
o Everything included in the Silver Sponsorship Level
o 3’x5’ banner containing only your organization’s logo. Banner will be displayed all season long on the outfield fence at Dauphin-Middle Paxton Community Park.
