BCPOA board members are incredibly happy that everyone is safe, and sad about the loss of homes and transformation of our canyon.

We'd like to achieve two things with this survey:
- Determine what needs we can fill, or find resources for, both immediately and for the long haul.
- Capture learnings while they're fresh in our minds, so that we can be more prepared next time, and help other areas.

That said, we realize that many of us are still reeling from this sudden disaster. So feel free to answer as much or as little as you want, or set this aside for now. If this isn't your style, feel free to email us instead.

The survey is anonymous, unless you wish to provide contact information for matching needs. We'll aggregate the learnings portion, minus personally identifying information, and share it with the Canyon (e.g., creating a good bug-out list) or agencies (ideas for improvement).
