All laps will commence from The Stables within The Orchard. Thomas will be planning to complete each lap in approximately 45 minutes, but is recommended to be at the starting point for your lap 15 minutes prior to your designated time in case of faster times. 

Thomas will be planning to run each lap at appromixately a 6 minute per km pace. 

Drinks station will be provided at the beginning, and end of each lap
