Please briefly explain the financial need or extenuating circumstances which have prompted this scholarship application. Information will be reviewed by the Board of the Rolla Choral Arts Society. All details of this application will be kept confidential. *

All Singers are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of scheduled rehearsals. This is especially important for singers receiving financial assistance. All singers and parents are requested to assist on a volunteer basis whenever possible/practical. Volunteering is an excellent way to show support for the organization. Please check areas where you would be willing to volunteer. *
