AlxYD 2024 Convention Absentee Ballot Request

If you are a Member in Good Standing of AlxYD per our Constitution (Article II Section 1) and are unable to attend our January 11th convention at the ADC office, please fill out the form below to request an absentee ballot! All absentee ballot requests must be received before 7pm on January 11th.

Please note: If you an absentee ballot is needed it must be cast and received by the Convention Clerk no later than 7:30pm—a half hour after the convention is called to order.
