FCC Kids Camp Counselor Application - PARENT FORM
The Kids Camp Counselor Application consists of 2 parts: STUDENT FORM & PARENT FORM. This is the PARENT FORM and should be filled out before the STUDENT FORM.

 If your child is a first year counselor and your family does not regularly attend FCC, there is an additional REFERENCE FORM to be completed by a contact person. This reference form will be emailed to you after the parent form is turned in. We cannot schedule a first year non-FCC counselor for a week of Kids Camp before this reference form is completed.

Counselor Application Deadline is MAY 1st. Week 1 is very full for counselors, so we have started a waitlist. There is still space in Week 2.

Counselors must be entering 7th grade (or above). 

Parents / guardians of counselors under 13 must fill out this PARENT FORM before the counselor fills out the STUDENT FORM.

All relevant forms must be completed before we can inform your child of what week they are working.

For siblings applying to be counselors, please complete separate PARENT FORMS for each child.
