Please complete this form to apply for our U8 and U9 Jamboree December 9 - 11, 2022.

There will be U8 and U9 divisions at the jamboree. If your team is mixed, the tournament coordinator will discuss to see where your team fits best.

Teams are allowed to have 12 skaters and 1 goalie.

Applications will be accepted until November 15, 2022 with decision on teams selected by November 20, 2022. If your team is selected you will have 48 hours to e-transfer the tournament fee of $850.00 or 5 business days to send a cheque to hold your spot. If you are unable to do this - your spot may be given to the team next on the waiting list. DO NOT BLOCK hotel rooms until your acceptance is confirmed.
