Tiny Talk Terms & Conditions
Section 1 of 10Tiny Talk North East Bristol Registration Form - Summer Term 2022The booking form for those wishing to attend "In Person Venue Classes" during the SUMMER Term 2022.PLEASE READ CAREFULLY** We encourage you and your little one to attend only if you are well and displaying no symptoms of COVID-19.**We are keeping some useful things from our pandemic style of classes. Mats will still be individual, as not everyone wants to play each week, some just want to be involved but at a distance - and many may have a cold and not wish to pass it on - so we've decided to keep this option. Play packs will still be individual for the same reasons. We are re-introducing social-time - so YOU get to make new friends, chat, rant, cry, hug or just sit quietly while your little one plays with others. Whatever you choose - it's time for YOU!Classes are £8 per family per class to be block booked per half or full term. Please use REF: YOUR NAMEFREE TASTER SESSIONAfter section 2Section 3 of 10Terms & ConditionsTinyTalk Baby Signing Classes are suitable for babies from birth up to, approximately, 18 months / 2 years old. At TinyTalk sessions, we have lots of wonderful sensory developmental tools which are not baby toys. They are not to be handled by babies or children and are strictly 'Adults Only'. By attending TinyTalk sessions you agree to these conditions for the safety and protection of your child as well as to the safety and protection of all children attending the sessions. By clicking your acceptance below, you acknowledge that, together with TinyTalk, you are responsible for the safety and protection of yourself and your child at all TinyTalk sessions. This includes keeping the environment safe by keeping hot drinks out of reach of children and keeping bags securely closed! You agree that you are also responsible for your child's behaviour and the safety and protection of others at TinyTalk sessions. You will keep your child with you at all times (or with someone you have agreed to have 'in loco parentis' responsibility- either at classes with you or at classes without you) and be vigilant as to their activities as well as to the activities of those around them. You will let the TinyTalk teacher know of ANY accident or incident so that it can be reported. (please also see the Covid-19 Health and Safety Protocols below.) You hereby also acknowledge that no two children are the same and therefore the level of communication skills achieved, through attending TinyTalk sessions, cannot be guaranteed. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY IN RELATION TO COVID-19 & RETURNING TO "IN-PERSON" CLASSES - All class attendees must be prebooked. You must wait outside the venue door, socially distanced, to be called in individually for your welcome and registration. Self certification must be provided. A form will be given for completion on arrival. - All class attendees (teacher and class families) must wash their hands on arrival. Sanitiser will be present for everyone. - Only 1 adult per 1 child may attend the class per booking please. At this time I am permitted 12 adults in the room only but unlimited under 5s. There may be available space for an additional adult to attend on a permanent or ad hoc basis BUT THIS MUST BE NOTIFIED TO THE TEACHER AND PERMISSION SOUGHT PRIOR TO CLASS ATTENDANCE PLEASE. I don't want to be a bouncer and have to turn people away! - All families will have individual mats and play packs. Please respect that others may want / need to keep a distance in class. - NO ONE should attend a TinyTalk class if they are feeling unwell, displaying Covid-19 symptoms, are vulnerable, shielding someone vulnerable, or have been with anyone feeling unwell within the last week. Online classes on alternative days are available. - The teacher is required to keep a record of the name and contact phone or email of everyone who attends these classes for a 3 week period after the event and these are to be provided to NHS Test and Trace if required. - If you or your child contracts Covid-19 within 7 days of being in a class, you must inform the teacher immediately. The teacher has a duty of care to inform the Goverment via the NHS Test and Trace programme. Everyone attending that class will be contacted and informed (anonymously) and told to self isolate. - Your teacher reserves the right to move 'in person classes' to 'online classes' at any stage should the need arise, either from Government guidance, closure of the venue or the teacher / class requiring self isolation. - All nappies, tissues and other waste must be taken home by families. - Venue toilets are open but to be used at families' own risk. There is a changing table. - **Tiny Talk North East Bristol reserves the right to move a class online should health and safety issues require it.** - SOCIAL MEDIA SAFETY - Although we encourage you to take pictures during the class and tell everyone how much fun you are having across your social media channels, please remember to crop out other children from the pictures in your social media posts. Not all parents are comfortable with having their children appear online. Please be assured that when I post on my class social media channels I cover all children's faces with large emojis to hide their identities. I will continue to be diligent in this. Many thanks for your co-operation. The above rules and guidelines will continue throughout the Autumn term. They are all subject to change at any time. Please respect that however you might feel about the pandemic - you do not know how others might be feeling. No one knows who might have a vulnerable person at home - or who might suffer from anxiety or be vulnerable themselves. We ask that parents please respect other parents in our classes.
