2022-2023 Volunteer Hours Tracking Form
Please enter 1 entry for each volunteer activity/task/event you have volunteered your time for.  These will be tracked by Dancer family.  A minimum of 12 hours per dancer family is required, for 1 dancer in Vibe.  Families with two or more dancers are required to volunteer a minimum of 20 hours.  Attending competitions or Showcase or Recital with your dancer does NOT count towards volunteer hours; that is a required role of the parent.

We will let everyone know their accumulated hours several times throughout the year.  You can request volunteer hours at any time, via an email to footnotesdanceblog@gmail.com.
