Come join us for Senator Castro's annual Heart Health Screening in collaboration with Hanover Township and Ascension Health! There will be health screenings for Blood Pressure and Stroke, Weight and Body Composition, Glucose, Nutrition, Target Heart Rate and Exercise. There will be one on one consultations with health care specialists to assist your questions or concerns.
