At the Hermitage Golf Course, we are committed to providing a great place to work in a fun golf-centered environment. We are seeking an individual who is flexible, knowledgeable in building maintenance and ready to be a team player.

As the clubhouse maintenance staff worker, you will operate in the immediate area surrounding the clubhouse and parking lot (not out on the golf course). This job will be regularly required to do physical manual labor inside and outside the clubhouse, working on a variety of projects.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Mow and trim lawn immediately surrounding clubhouse, cottages and entryway.
- Trims and prunes all hedges, shrubbery, perennials, and ornamental trees.
- Maintain responsibility and perform as needed the continued preventative maintenance of clubhouse and cottage facilities.
- Conduct paint touch-ups as needed inside and surrounding clubhouse.
- Conduct special projects or other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Experience with building, plumbing, electrical and/or landscaping a plus
- Ability to tolerate various inclement weather conditions including moisture, dirt, and mud.
- Adaptable to change and maintain a positive attitude.

Schedule & Compensation:
- This is an hourly position, fluctuating between $12-20/hour.
