In order to best match your skills, experience, and level of comfort with the various tasks at SBC, it is necessary to survey each member of the volunteer team.  Please complete the following to the best of your ability for each member attending.

Typical of short-term missions, the daily coordination of supplies, equipment, and personnel is always in motion.  Therefore your flexibility is important.  Please be aware that although your skills and experience may not match well with a certain task, your assistance with that task will be much appreciated.
