The undersigned individual (the member), herby indicates their desire to become a Member of Grind 24/7 Training Center, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.

The Member attests that they are fully able to participate in an exercise regimen of their design or choosing without undue risk.

The Member agrees to pay either month or annual dues, indicated by selecting an option in the table below. These dues may be paid by automatic debit or credit transaction or in person via, debit, credit, check or cash.

The term of this gym membership agreement shall be month to month unless an annual membership is purchased. Member agrees to all rules set forth by Grind 24/7 Training center, and understands that at any time member is not in good standing that membership can be terminated by said company at anytime it deems. Member also agrees to remain a good standing member until membership expiration date.

The membership agreement entitles the member to access to Grind 24/7 facility so long as the dues are current and member is in good standing. Personal Meeting with Coach Muraco every other month. (Those meetings will consist of recruiting, workout plan, review of rapsodo info, goals and actions before next meeting...etc)

Unlimited text and email support to the players

After 90 day review player can receive unlimited access to facility with a private code to facility.

Personal training and group training classes offered by Grind 24/7 , are not included in the membership dues. Grind 24/7 Training Center reserves the right to charge additional fees for personal or group training that the member chooses to participate in.

This membership serves as a liability release, pursuant to with the member agrees to indemnify and hold Grind 24/7 Training Center harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.

The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while using Grind 24/7 Training Center facilities and equipment.

Additionally, the Member agrees to dress and conduct themselves in a manner deemed appropriate for a fitness facility.

The Member shall not consume drugs, alcohol, or tobacco products on Grind 24/7 Training Center property.

The Member agrees not to photograph or videotape on Grind 24/7 Training Center property.

Grind 24/7 Training Center reserves the right to revoke the Member's access if these terms are violated.

This gym membership may be cancelled  at any time by management staff of Grind 24/7. Membership is not guarantee that member will keep their membership for the length of this contract. If the gym membership is cancelled prior to TBD, by management staff of Grind 24/7, a refund for the remaining balance will be refunded to the the Member.

If the Member decides to cancel membership then they forfeit all unused portion of that membership and any funds that may be returned to them. A canceled membership means that contracted is terminated immediately.

This membership contract shall be considered binding upon the Member and Grind 24/7 Training Center, and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania. Any legal proceedings related to this gym membership contract shall take place in courts located in Export, Pennsylvania.

The below signed parties hereby enter into this Membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above.
