Welcome to the 8th Annual National Cannabis Festival! The event will take place on April 19th  and 20th , 2024 at RFK Festival Grounds from. We are excited about your interest in participating!

To be Considered you MUST submit:

-Proof of Certificate of Insurance for the both days of April 19 and 20, 2024. Needs to cover load in and load out times. (INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS General Liability Aggregate $1,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Products & Completed Operations $1,000,000 (must be included) Damage to Premises $50,000)
 
-Proof of Business License and TAX ID # needs to show that you have a license that states that you are allowed to vend food. A SAFE SERV food prep license does not qualify. 

-Apply for Propane or Open Flame Permit (Fees vary from $50- $200 and are your responsibility)

DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF APPLICATIONS WE RECEIVE, WE ONLY RESPOND TO THE ONES WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE FULL APPLICATION PROCESS. THIS MEANS HAVING SUBMITTED YOUR CERTIFICATE  OF INSURANCE, BUSINESS LICENSE AND LOGO TO: munchies@nationalcannabisfestival.com.

*We  provide the tents for all booths along with electricity. We do NOT allow you to bring in your own tents.

All NCF Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for registering with the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR), collecting the applicable sales tax, and remitting it to OTR.

  • Exhibitors/Vendors who are already registered for a Sales and Use Tax account should file sales made at the event with their Sales Use and Tax return, form FR-800. 
  • Exhibitors/Vendors who are not already registered with OTR and do not plan on making other sales in the District should register for a Special Event Tax account at Mytax.dc.gov before the event. 

The Special Event returns form FR-800SE is due by the 20th day of the month following the last day of the festival (May 20th). At the instruction of the OTR, ALL vendors must display either their Sales Use and Tax certificate or their Special Event Certificate at NCF.
