Thank you for participating in the Freshwater Wetlands Project Art Contest.  Each teacher should submit this form for student entries.  WE ASK THAT THERE ARE NO MORE THAN 10 submissions per school building.  Please feel free to have as many students as possible participate, but we suggest a schoolwide voting process to select the top 10.  The top entries should be delivered by a teacher to District Office or Main Office of Charter school.  The teacher should fill out this form with the names of each student entry and their grade.   These are INDIVIDUAL student entries.  Please no group projects.  All projects MUST be delivered to District Office/Main Office of Charter no later than Monday May 1st.  They will get picked up beginning Tuesday May 2nd.
