Band Basics Registrations for Monday and Thursday class are full, pending Fully Vaccinated status and final enrollment.  All registrations are on Waitlist, and will those registering will be contacted if spaces are available.

I understand that my child must be fully vaccinated before September 1 to register in this program. The EDB guidelines to be classified as fully vaccinated are:

Received 2 doses + 14 days have passed since day of 2nd dose = classed as fully vaccinated with 2 doses.

Received 1st dose at least 14 days before Covid infection + full recovery from Covid = classed as fully vaccinated with 2 doses. 

Received 1st dose 30 days after full recovery from Covid = classed as fully vaccinated with 2 doses.

Grade 3 Band Basics Program www.micramusic.com/bandbasics is suitable for incoming Grade 3 students with No band instrument experience.

 Grade 3 students with previous band instrument experience should use  the UP Band Registration form.

Rotation Schedule
Students will rotate through learning the Trumpet, Trombone, Saxophone and Flute.
Schedule.  Students will rotate through learning the Trumpet, Trombone, Saxophone and Flute over the year long course.  Re- registration for Term Two is not required. The class day cannot be changed after the term starts.

ASA Session Fees
All resources, musical instruments and consumable materials are included in the Grade 3 ASA Full Year fee of $8000.  On submission of this registration, and if places are available, parents will be invoiced.

Parent support is crucial in the students' success in the program.  Please review the information below for both the student and parent consent.
Attendance at all scheduled classes and performances is expected. .
For continuity and to experience the full program students are expected to attend a full year class.
No refund will be available for classes cancelled due to weather warnings, school closures or other directives from the school.
I understand that the paid tuition is non refundable. Students who leave Hong Kong may apply for pro-rata reimbursement.

Course Alternatives during course disruption
If civil unrest or pandemic situations arise during the school term, MicraMusic Ltd will not provide refunds, credit notes or transfer of fees.
If such situations occur, the program is designed to continue in Blended Learning.
In either learning delivery mode, students will enjoy a full course program.
Opportunities to join Holiday Camps or other similar initiatives may be provided to enhance music learning.
You will be notified via email if any changes to the published calendar occur.  

Refunds
No refund will be available for classes cancelled due to weather warnings, school closures or other directives from the school.
Paid tuition is non refundable if a student withdraws from the course. Withdrawal must be in writing. Students who leave Hong Kong may apply for pro-rata reimbursement.
